Information Security Program

THE SRS GROUP acts in the capacity of a "service provider" to financial institutions that are subject to the Office of Thrift Supervision, Office of Comptroller, FDIC, Federal Reserve Board's customer information safeguarding rule. This rule requires that "service providers" to mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers have and maintain an Information Security Program. In order to comply with the requirements of this requirement for information safeguarding, The SRS Group has prepared this Information Security Program.

Protecting the Confidentiality of our Client/Employee/Candidate Information
We take confidential and private information that is under our care very seriously. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to store and secure information from unauthorized access, alteration or destruction. Our internal policies, for example, authorize access to information only by individuals who need the information to perform their work. No information, including verification of employment or credit information, is released without authorization except as warranted by court order. Databases are never sold or given to others.

Who is covered by the privacy policy?
Our privacy policy extends to candidates as they submit their resumes to us for possible interview; to new registrants that come into our offices for interviews; to personnel records and insurance records of employees who work for us or have worked for us in the past; to clients who hire our temporary workers; to clients who hire candidates from us direct; to clients who use our payroll service; and to vendors who have proprietary information to protect.

Staffing Services

Personnel files containing non-public information about our candidates and employees shall be protected by reasonable procedures to assure that this information shall not be disclosed to non-affiliated third parties or to other employees except for the purposes of conducting routine staffing tasks.

Evaluation and Adjustment of Information Security Program:

The SRS Group will evaluate and adjust this Information Security Program on a routine basis.
