20% of the annual salary offered by Client to the SRS Candidate with a 90 day pro-rated guarantee.

Interview & Testing
Each Candidate is tested in his or her field of expertise through SRS proprietary testing.

Background Checks
Background checks are done for all Candidates placed through SRS. The check includes a search of public records for all felonies and dishonesty misdemeanors

Invoicing
Client will be invoiced on the first day of assignment. Payment is expected immediately.
